Priorities

Baby steps to get moving to the goal you set…Did it work? It\’s hard to move forward from a routine that is simply \’comfortable\’. If you took a few steps backwards because your priority shifted this week, that\’s okay. Completely normal. Refocus on a SMALL step. Never begin with a large change (especially in the beginning)- you will be overwhelmed very easily. Keep moving in the direction you are hoping and big things will happen!

Summer(the season) has now officially began..Heat, irritation, and struggles are never far behind the fun, pool and floaties! When the temperature rises to uncomfortable degrees, so does your patience. Keep in mind everyone feels the stress of humidity, your journey is no worse than anyone else\’s. How in your life do you portray the victim with those around you? Can you admit to using that mentality to get whatever it is you WANT in certain situations…? This week, focus on how many people play the \’woe is me\’ character around you, do you notice yourself being a victim of circumstances? This is a catabolic and/or negative place to put yourself…There is little movement and growth in this spot! Shake it off…move up with your attitude; just like the temperatures.
