If you were to line every person that has been in your life(past/present)- and you were told to think NOTHING but good thoughts about him/her…would that be a challenge for you? Do you frequently find fault in others when speaking to them? Often we project our own negativity on others, the things we see \’wrong\’ in them are actually what we are lacking in our ourselves. What a concept. That\’s a great way to begin your journey of self-coaching(BUT douse yourself with empathy on your discovery- positive self-talk is just as important to keep you \’afloat\’).
As a negative feeling comes up about someone around you, what is the thought causing that feeling? (NOTE: thoughts are the root of your feelings) Does that thought correlate with your own life/short comings? Shadow work. The thoughts you have surrounding the dark side of yourself is not easy to recognize or admit, but that\’s where the real work begins! Good luck, and I\’m always here for guidance!
